Our Family has chosen to keep this business intentionally small because we truly love grooming dogs. While we each have other professional careers, grooming remains something we're passionate about. That gives us the freedom to focus on what matters most: providing an exceptional experience instead of a high volume one.
Our philosophy is simple:
One Groomer. One dog. One Appointment.
Because of our unique approach, we intentionally limit the number of appointments we accept. We are not trying to be the largest grooming salon, we simply strive to provide the best experience we can for every dog in our care.
We also believe that great relationships begin with mutual respect. We value clients who appreciate kindness, patience, honest communication, and understand that exceptional care cannot be rushed.
We know our approach isn't for everyone, and that's perfectly okay.

Policies & Procedures
Appointments
In order for us to live up to our commitment and promise to all of our Best Buddies, we ask for your help:
Please schedule your appointment with us by completing the Appointment Request Form at the TOP of this website. All NEW Client's Must Complete this form.
Also:
- Please know we are happy to offer early morning and evening appointments.
- Please make sure your Best Buddy has had a chance to go potty before coming in for their grooming appointment. Your Best Buddy's comfort is of utmost importance to us.
- Please keep your Best Buddy on a Leash even if you are carrying him/her.
- Please be sure your Best Buddy is up to date on vaccinations. This protects all of our Best Buddies.
- Please let us know of all health or behavioral concerns that your Best Buddy has.
- Please give us 24 hours if you are unable to keep your appointment.
- Please pick up your Best Buddy as soon as they are ready. We will text you as soon as your Best Buddy is set to go.
- Please understand that ONLY our staff is allowed in our workspace. This is for the safety of all of the Best Buddies in our care.
Important Notes
Our first priority at our pet grooming salon is the safety and comfort of your Best Buddy. We will attempt to brush out moderately matted pets during our dog grooming services, but it is not always possible. In cases such as this, the best option may be to shave or shorten your Best Buddy's coat. Please keep in mind that fur will grow back, and we can discuss a maintenance program for you and your Best Buddy.
If your Best Buddy has fleas, this will be treated automatically, and you will be charged accordingly. We highly recommend that you treat your home, yard, and vehicles while your Best Buddy is being treated at our grooming facility.
If your veterinarian has prescribed a medicated or special shampoo for your Best Buddy, we will be happy to use it; just bring it in with you.
